Photoshop Tutorial – Bob Ross The Joy of Painting

I loved a TV program “The Joy of Painting” hosted by an American painter Bob Ross

During the show, He painted landscapes very easily. (Actually, It’s very difficult…)

I really wanted to draw like him…

Then finally, I found a Bob’s Brush for Photoshop!

This tutorial will show you how to draw landscape like Bob Ross with Photoshop.

Step1. Background

Use Gradient tool Vertically with from #5c7c91 to #789db7.

Step2. Cloud

A Cloud Brush makes you easily draw realistic cloud.

Step3. Mountain

White color is put on the black mountain shape. it makes it up the snow.

Step4. Forest

You can use “Forest” brush. That’s really easy to draw the forest like this. After you draw the forest, then duplicate the layer and rotate. It seems to reflect to water.

Step5. Big Tree

The large tree is drawn right. The leaf is expressed applying the highlight.

Step6. Bush

The bush is drawn with bush brush in many layer repeatedly.

Step7.

The larger tree is drawn on left. Finish!!

It’s took me about 30 minutes.
